ARE ALL ITEMS IN STOCK?

All horse toys and gifts are in stock and ready to ship. If the shopping cart lets you place them in your cart then we have them available to buy. NOTE: Some of the larger equestrian gifts are shipped to you direct from the manufacturer. These items will have a special alert on the product description page.

 

CAN I PHONE IN MY ORDER?

Yes! We are happy to take your order by phone and help you shop for all your equestrian gifts. You can call Horse Toys Superstore at 877-700-0064 from 8am-5pm Central time Monday-Sunday.

 

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we ship all over the world! Currently we are set up to ship UPS to the US and Canada.  We are able to ship via United States Postal Service for all other locations.  Simply email sales@horsetoyssuperstore.com and provide your shipping address, including your zip code, telephone number and the items / quantities that you are interested in. We will email you an exact shipping quote with delivery time frame. Payment is via Paypal. Once we have received your payment your order will be shipped within 24 hours via United States Postal Service. Please note that we are not responsible for any duty tax or custom fees.

 

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We offer four classes of shipping for US and Canada:  Standard UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air, and UPS Overnight Air.

UPS Standard Ground Shipping normally leaves our warehouse in 1-2 business days, and can take up to 7 days in transit. Since sometimes there will be a weekend or holiday during the shipping time, we predict 6-12 days for a typical arrival.

UPS 3 Day Air Shipping leaves our warehouse the same day you order if your order is placed prior to 12:00 P.M. Central time. UPS does not count the day that it is shipped and they do not count Saturday or Sunday as days in transit. For example, if you place an order on Friday to be shipped UPS 3 Day Air you will receive your package on the following Wednesday. Or, if you order on Monday, your package will arrive on the following Thursday.

UPS 2 Day Air Shipping leaves our warehouse the same day you order if your order is placed prior to 12:00 P.M. Central time. UPS does not count the day that it is shipped and they do not count Saturday or Sunday as days in transit. For example, if you place an order on Friday to be shipped UPS 2 Day Air you will receive your package on the following Tuesday. Or, if you order on Monday, your package will arrive on the following Wednesday.

UPS Overnight Shipping leaves our warehouse the same day you order if your order is placed prior to 12:00 P.M. Central time. UPS does not count the day that it is shipped and they do not count Saturday or Sunday as days in transit. For example, if you place an order on Friday to be shipped UPS Overnight Air you will receive your package on the following Monday. Or, if you order on Monday, your package will arrive the following Tuesday.

Orders received after 12:00 P.M. Central Time will ship on the next business day.

EXCEPTION: If your order includes items that ship directly from the manufacturer, their shipping times are stated on the page that shows the product photo and description. These items will ship separately from the rest of your order, and cannot be ordered with expedited shipping.

Please note: The quoted delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by the US Postal Service, FedEx, or other carriers, or delays due to weather or emergency conditions. Please allow extra time during holidays.


 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight, cost, and/or size of the equestrian gifts items you ordered, and the location to which they are being shipped. You can see this amount after entering your shipping address at checkout. Your credit card is not charged until you get past the shipping options page so that you will know exactly how much it will cost to have your package delivered, once you select the shipping you want, our cart will take you to the check-out page and that is where you enter your credit card information. 

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Gift Wrapping is not currently offered as an option at this time. In the near future we will offer gift wrapping for select horse games and puzzles that are packaged in their own box. 

 

I PLACED TWO ORDERS. CAN YOU COMBINE THEM?

If you place two orders in a short time period to the same address using the same shipping method, we can usually combine them on request. You will receive a refund of any excess shipping cost for the SMALLER order. If we notice two orders but have not heard from you, we may choose to combine them if schedule permits. Please note that due to credit card processing costs and handling costs, there is a minimum shipping/handling charge of $2 for the second order or each combined order.

Sorry, you will not be able to combine shipping with orders that are placed on a different ''Superstores  Webstores'' . (DinosaurToysSuperstore, SkeletonsAndSkullsSuperstore, or any other) at this time.


 

CAN I ORDER WITHOUT USING A CREDIT CARD?

Yes, you can mail in your order and pay by check or money order. Use the online shopping cart to assemble your order, and go through the checkout process to fill in your shipping address and select your shipping method. When you get to the final page where it asks for your credit card number, just print out the page and mail it in with your check or money order. Mail to: Horse Toys Superstore, P.O. Box 316, Portland, ND 58274. Please note it is best to send Horse Toys Superstore an email so that we can place your ordered items on our hold shelf for you.

Alternately, if you want to reserve the products while a check is being sent, go ahead and place the order online and use a test credit card number (Visa 4111111111111111). The order will be declined, but will still be in our system. Then email or call us with your name and the order date and explain that you are sending a check/MO to pay for the order. We will reactivate your order, to reserve the items for you for a maximum of two weeks while we await your payment.


 

DO YOU ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS?

All orders must be paid at the time the order is placed. See paragraph above for how to reserve products while a check is being sent.

 

CAN I VISIT YOUR STORE AND SHOP FOR DINOSAURS?

Yes, if you are local and want to pick up your horse toys order at the warehouse to save shipping costs, please give us a call 877-700-0064 to get directions and arrange a pickup time.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you may cancel your order by calling our toll free line at 877-700-0064 or by emailing Horse Toys Superstore - sales@horsetoyssuperstore.com. We will cancel your order if your order has not already shipped. You will receive a refund for your order within 48 hours minus processing fees which are charged to us by all credit card companies (which includes the initial transaction fee and the refund fees). 


If you order has already shipped and you still wish to cancel your order we are not able to request UPS to stop the shipment and return the package to us. You must receive the package from UPS and ship the package back to Horse Toys Superstore.com P.O. Box 316, Portland, ND 58274. Please make sure your packing slip is included in the package. Upon receipt your credit will be processed within 48 hours. During the holiday seasons processing times may vary

 

CAN I ADD TO AN ORDER THAT I HAVE ALREADY PLACED?

Yes, you can add any amount of product to an order already placed by calling 877-700-0084 or by emailing Horse Toys Superstore.com - sales@horsetoyssuperstore.com if your order has not already shipped. Depending upon weight and size of equestrian gifts added to an existing order additional shipping charges may apply and will be added to your order accordingly.

Our system only allows you to order the quantity of horse toys or gifts that we currently have in stock. If you need more than what we have in stock please call 877-700-0064 and we will make sure to place a special order for you!

I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT DOES NOT FIT

Exchanges are always accepted! All exchanges must be in original condition and packaging with all tags on as received. Please send your exchange back to Horse Toys Superstore P.O. Box 316, Portland, ND 58274. Upon receipt you will receive a refund within 48 hours for the merchandise only. We do not reimburse for UPS Shipping costs or the cost of shipment back to Horse Toys Superstore.
